
Sponsors, your company logo will be on all event shirts as well as being display on our club page and website. Sponsors will also receive a public shout out and thank you during the event.

Vendors, come set up and display your brand and merch for the crowd to see and buy. You will be able to set up in an aera of your choice in the designated vendor area. Setup will be a first come first serve basis. You will be given ample room within reason. Setup is May 1st from 8am to 4pm.

* Food Vendors will need to send a copy of their Texas Department of Safety and Health

* Food Vendors will need to provide details of truck and or trailer size for setup coordination.
